MagellanTV is seeking a die-hard fan to earn some cash.
Are you still watching?
Sure, you're given the option to select "no" if you're binging a show on Netflix, but not so much in this particular case.
The streaming service MagellanTV is on the hunt for one lucky true crime "nut," and wants to offer them $1000 for watching 24 straight hours of documentaries. If this is your desired genre, it's the perfect opportunity to soak up a 24-hour "All-Night Crime Watch" in the comfort of your own home.
However, you've got to be a true crime fanatic to handle all of the yellow police tape, shocking confession, and dusted fingerprints. There's no sneaking away for a few minutes to clear your mind with a cute animated film on Disney+.
If you're the chosen candidate, you will snag $1,000 and be given a pre-selected list of true crime documentaries to watch in a 24 hour period.
So, I hate to break it to you...
You can't just watch a series about a wife that's "had it up to here" with her husband — who mysteriously disappeared weeks ago.
Oh, but that's not all. The selected person will also be gifted a free year's subscription to MagellanTV (pretty sweet for the lovers of crime).
If you think you can handle that much crime in one day, and want to be "put to the test" by the streaming service, apply on MagellanTV's website with a 100-word explanation of why you're the one.
If you're not camera-shy, applicants can also submit an optional video for consideration.
If you've got the guts you can fill out your application at MagellanTV.com.
