The hockey mask-wearing murderer from the slasher films has been adopted by the State of New York to remind the public that they should still take precautions.
In the video, he's seen wandering the streets of New York City. His voiceover explains that he’s a changed man and he even owns a cat now. Jason is just “trying to fit in.”
